Ingredient (1 serving)
- Natto (1 pack)
- Nametake (appropriate amount) ※Japanese pickled Enoki-mushroom
How to make
The recipe is super easy.
1. Mix the natto with the sauce (Soy source and Mustard)
2. Add tanned mushrooms to the mixed natto
3. Complete the mixed natto on rice! Enjoy Your Nattō !!

As there are a couple of different kinds of pickled enoki mushrooms available, trying different brands, or types can bring new flavors to your taste buds!.
Try adding a little mayonnaise or adding fresh egg yolk. It’ll make the dish a little creamier.
